Army Sgt. 1st Class Antoine Williams, a Florence, South Carolina native and communications non-commissioned officer in charge for the 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) Command, sets the sticky rice for a sushi roll he made from scratch in his own kitchen to share with his coworkers the following morning. Williams recently graduated from the Advanced Culinary Skills Training Course (ACSTC) and the Enlisted Aide Training Course (EATC) at Fort Lee, Virginia.
