Standing in between are the adjutant general of the California National Guard, Maj. Gen. David Baldwin, and U.S. congressman Dana Rohrbacher. Cunningham and McCowan won the trophies for placing first in events held during Sept. 11-17 at the Best Warrior Competition at Camp San Luis Obispo, Calif.
