Members of the Saipan Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services demonstrate how to set up emergency field tents for Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, citizens to U.S. Soldiers of the 797th Engineer Company out of Guam, after Super Typhoon Yutu, Nov. 7, 2018. Task Force-West was stood up by the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and is responding to the devastation caused by Super Typhoon Yutu October 24th and comprises more than 800 active duty, Reserve and Guard service members from more than 20 different units across all branches of services.
