U.S. Airmen assigned to the 36th Civil Engineer Squadron and the 254th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Engineers (RED HORSE), from the Guam Air National Guard, and Richard Vamos of the Red Cross, ask for permission to enter the home of a citizen of Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, after Super Typhoon Yutu, Nov. 7, 2018. Task Force-West was stood up by the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and is responding to the devastation caused by Super Typhoon Yutu October 24th and comprises more than 800 active duty, Reserve and Guard service members from more than 20 different units across all branches of services.
