MILLINGTON, Tenn. (Nov. 14, 2018) Commander, Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) Rear Adm. Brendan R. McLane addresses the nominees for Commander, NRC Sailor of the Year (SOY) for 2018. The winner of this award will move on to compete as the Naval Education Training Command SOY and later Chief of Naval Operations SOY.
