181109-N-UW828-1059 CAMP COVINGTON, Naval Base Guam (Nov. 9, 2018) Construction Mechanic Constructionman Dakota Cameron, from Pittsburgh, and assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Guam, places a tag-out notification on a lowbed trailer prior to performing corrective maintenance. NMCB-3, Det. Guam is deployed to support NMCB-1 in conducting maintenance operations on civil engineering support equipment and general construction equipment. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
