Cpl. John Taschke of B Company, 9th Engineer Battalion, helps recover a parachute off the drop zone Nov. 23 near FOB Curry. The parachute was one of three that helped a platform carrying a 4k forklift descend safely to the ground. It was the first forklift ever dropped in theater and weighing 15,000 pounds, it was also the heaviest platform ever dropped.
