Spc. Jason Winchell, Battery B, 3rd Battalion, 29th Field Artillery, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, uses every ounce of strength to complete the 150 push ups required in the Striker Iron Soldier competition. Male competitors were required to complete 150 push ups, 150 sit ups, a six mile run in Interceptor Body Armor with dummy weapon, a 100-meter swim and a 200-meter sprint.
