Spc. Dennis Nalls, Company C, 1-68 Combined Arms Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, pushes his body to complete the 150 sit-ups during the Striker Iron Soldier competition. In addition to the sit ups, male competitors were required to complete 150 push-ups, a six mile run with Interceptor Body Armor with dummy weapon, a 100-meter swim and a 200-meter sprint.
