Wearing his new Army Achievement Medal, Sgt. 1st Class Robert Leitelt holds his award as the 2019 career counselor of the year for the 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) Command at the Nov. 16 ceremony. Leitelt, a Chicago native from the 83rd CBRN Battalion, 48th Chemical Brigade at Fort Stewart, Georgia, was selected for a second year in a row for this prestigious award. He will now represent the command at the career counselor competition for the U.S. Army Forces Command.
