Brig. Gen. James Bonner, commander of the 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) Command, pins the Army Achievement Medal on Sgt. 1st Class Robert Leitelt for his selection as the 2019 20th CBRNE Command Career Counselor of the Year during the Nov. 16 ceremony at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Leitelt, a Chicago native who serves with the 83rd CBRN Battalion at Fort Stewart, Georgia, won the competition for the second year in a row.
