PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 20, 2018) Gunner’s Mate Seaman Clay Jocson, from Stockton, California, fires a shot line from the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111) during a replenishment-at-sea with the dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Charles Drew (T-AKE 10) and the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). Spruance is underway conducting routine operations as part of Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 3 in the U.S. Pacific Fleet area of operations.
