Sailors from USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52) heave a line while bringing a rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB) with passengers from USS Mistcher (DDG 57) to participate in the opening ceremony of UNITAS 48-07 Pacific phase during Partnership of the Americas (POA) 2007. POA will focus on enhancing relationships with partner nations through a variety of exercises and events at sea and on shore throughout South America and the Caribbean.
