Ambassador H.E. Erzhan Kazykhonov, Kazakhstan Ambassador to the United States, delivers his comments to onlooking Veterans, Guardsmen, family, friends, and community supporters during the 2018 Arizona National Guard Muster on December, 2 at the Kino Sports Complex in Tucson, Ariz. The muster, which traces its roots to the original formation of state militias in the 1600's, is held once every four years as a means of connecting Arizona guardsmen with the communities they serve.
