Master Sgt. Melanie Pomerville, 217th Air Operations Group, won the 110th Attack Wing's 2018 Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year award, Dec., 1, 2018. Over the course of 2018, Master Sgt. Pomerville coordinated the development of over a dozen Air Operations Center duty position training plans, as well as creating a trainer program to promote continued competent educators. She also brought the 217th Combat Operations Squadron's training program into compliance by transitioning training, standards, and evaluations to an approved electronic system (Air National Guard photo by Staff Sgt.
