Gwen Bingham, Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (right), presents Johnny Bevers, Fort Polk deputy garrison commander, a U.S. Flag that was flown over the Pentagon in his honor. Bingham presented the flag to Bevers during the third-annual Army Community Partnership Awards ceremony held Dec. 4 at the Pentagon. Bevers was recognized for his work in establishing public-public partnerships with local communities to enhance operations at Fort Polk.
