    Todd Strange, the Mayor of Montgomery, Alabama, speaks at the official ribbon cutting ceremony for the Joint Force Headquarters Armed Forces Readiness Center, Dec. 7, 2011. The new facility replaces seven other older buildings and houses four Army Reserve units and three Army National Guard units. The units are: USAR - 7233rd Medical Support Unit, 358th Medical Detachment Veterinary Services, 282nd Quartermaster Company and the 206th Transportation Company; ALARNG - Joint Force Headquarters, 131st Mobile Public Affairs Detachment and the 151st Army band.
