Christopher Phelps an explosive ordnance disposal team leader prospect, assigned to 49th Ordnance Battalion at Fort Campbell, Ky., works on a Packbot 510 during the EOD Team Leader Training Academy at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., Dec. 6. The 3rd Ordnance Battalion hosted the 20th Support Command Team Leader Training Academy in order to provide prospective EOD team leaders and team members with realistic scenario-based leader training in a controlled environment.
