181207-N-LN093-0094 SAN DIEGO (December 7, 2018) – Cmdr. John Barrientos and Cmdr. Michael Toth shake hands during a change of command ceremony held aboard the littoral combat ship USS Omaha (LCS 12). During the ceremony, Barrientos relieved Toth as commanding officer of Omaha Blue Crew.
