A Ukranian paratrooper pins his country's jumpwngs onto Maj. Gen. David Blackledge, former USACAPOC(A) commanding general. More than 1500 paratroopers dropped onto Sicily Drop Zone, Fort Bragg, N.C., Dec. 10 during Operation Toy Drop. Hosted by the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), the 14th Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop is the largest combined airborne operation in the world.
