Members of the Marine Corps Shooting Team talk with each other before moving to the 300 yard firing line at the Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., Calvin A. Lloyd Range Complex, Dec. 8, 2011. Marines from various military occupational specialties are recruited for the team after performing well in division shooting matches. The Marine Corps shooting team not only provides Marines a chance to represent the Corps in competitions around the globe, but allows the individual Marines to bring their gained knowledge and experience back to their units when they leave the team.
