Sailors assigned to the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga offload a tractor, rubber-tired articulated steering, multipurpose vehicle assigned to Combat Logistics Regiment 3. Tortuga is taking part in recovery assistance efforts in Thailand after severe flooding affected the region.
