Marines assigned to Combat Logistics Regiment 3 use a tractor, rubber-tired articulated steering, multipurpose vehicle to organize equipment offloaded from the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga. Tortuga is taking part in recovery assistance efforts in Thailand after severe flooding affected the region.
