A Djiboutian soldier with the Rapid Intervention Battalion (RIB) listens to instructions on infantry tactics and procedures taught by U.S. Soldiers with the 1st Battalion, 141st Infantry Regiment (1-141 IN), Texas Army National Guard, near Djibouti City, Djibouti, Dec. 18, 2018. The RIB is a Djiboutian army elite military force crisis response unit.
