Eugene Tyree was drafted into the Army during World War II and deployed to the India-Burma-China Theater where he served as a Transportation Specialist. Tyree's photographs show his progression in rank from Army corporal to Air Force colonel after the Army Air Corps became the U.S. Air Force.
