Shane Kinman, master woodcarver, analyzes and inspects the figurehead from the Coast Guard Cutter Eagle at the Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore, Dec. 13, 2018. Kinman was contracted to build the Eagle's new figurehead, which is a decorative, wooden figure on the front of the ship.
