Lt. Cmdr. Jesse Rangle, executive officer of Coast Guard Port Security Unit 312, and Chief Petty Officer Chris Obermeyer, a maritime enforcement specialist at Coast Guard PSU 312, cut through barbwire to commence the opening of their reestablished quarterdeck in a dedication ceremony at PSU San Francisco, Dec. 2, 2018. Coast Guard members from PSU 312 restored artifacts and displayed mementos to commemorate their wartime heritage and to honor the legacy set forth by their predecessors.
