VICENZA — The Vicenza Military Community celebrated the Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month observance on Caserma Ederle’s Hoekstra Field May 18, 2018. Guest speaker for the event was Sgt. 1st Class Joshua Manglicmot, Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 509th SSB. His speech was followed by traditional dances with Oceania Ohana Dancers, a cake cutting and food sampling. Maj. Joshua Sherer, executive officer, U.S. Army Garrison Italy, presented certificates to the participants.
