Andy Serrano, a Department of Defense (DoD) civilian employee who also serves as a member of the U.S. Special Operations Command parachute demonstration team, the Para-Commandos, descends while flying the POW/MIA flag, Oct. 19, 2018, during the first day of the Great Pacific Airshow in Huntington Beach, California. The three day event showcased military and civilian aviation to tens of thousands of people.
