USACE Black Rock Lock employees, the Buffalo District Dive Team, USACE Huntington District, and USACE Pittsburgh District Regional Rivers Repair Fleet (R3F) continue work on the Black Rock Lock gate repairs, including sealing the guard gates, and removal of the Black Rock Lock gate catwalks and the parking lot gates, Buffalo, NY, Jan. 8, 2019. The repairs will improve the Black Rock Lock infrastructure and sustain the functionality for future navigation seasons.
