Mr. Kohei Kawabata, U.S. military construction manager, Japan, speaks during a ribbon cutting ceremony Jan. 16, 2019 at Ie Shima Training Facility, Okinawa, Japan. The ceremony was held to recognize the hard work of local and U.S. organizations and the completion of the Landing Helicopter Dock training site.
