Butler, Japan, observes a gift on behalf NIPPO construction, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Japan District, and the GF Public Works Branch during a ribbon cutting ceremony Jan. 16, 2019 at the Ie Shima training facility, Okinawa, Japan. The ceremony was held to recognize the hard work of local and U.S. organizations and the completion of the Landing Helicopter Dock training site.
