190118-M-HB658-0070 PACIFIC OCEAN (Jan. 18 2019) A UH-1Y Venom with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 163 (Reinforced), 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), prepares to land on the flight deck of the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS John P. Murtha (LPD 26). Pilots and aircrews must continually certify in a number of qualifications aboard U.S. Navy ships.
