Pvt. 1st Class Paul Martin prepares an intravenous (IV) device to be used on Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Buchanan, Commanding General of Army North, at Davis-Monthan Air Base, Ariz. January 30, 2019. Martin previously bruised Buchanan on a separate visit after having difficulty inserting the IV. Buchanan offered Martin a do-over, which Martin performed flawlessly. U.S. Northern Command is providing military support to the Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection to secure the Southern border of the United States.
