Latvian Air Force Capt. Lugens of the Latvian delegation examines night vision goggles implemented by the Michigan National Guard at the flight operations area of the Army Aviation Support Facility in Grand Ledge, Michigan, on January 21, 2019. This visit to Michigan National Guard facilities was to introduce these representatives to U.S. support systems as they prepare to purchase four UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters.
