Latvian Air Force 2nd Lt. Kristaps Timermanis, Leading Group Junior Officer, of the Latvian delegation is introduced to the Michigan National Guard's life-saving equipment by 1st. Sgt. Don Wilhelm at the Aviation Support Facility in Grand Ledge, Michigan, on January 21, 2019, with Lt. Col. Jeffrey Laing and Chief Warrant Officer 5 Timothy McCarthy standing by. This visit to Michigan National Guard facilities was to introduce these representatives to U.S. support systems as they prepare to purchase four UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters.
