SAN ANTONIO – (Feb. 12, 2019) Chief Navy Counselor Nolita Whiten of Elizabeth, N.J., an assessor/trainer assigned to Navy Recruiting Command’s (NRC) National Training and Quality Assurance Team, provides instruction on Web R-Tools maintenance to Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio’s leading petty officers (LPO), Navy Counselors 1st Class Juan De Leon of Harlingen, Texas, and Elbert Anderson of Jacksonville, Fla., during a Leading Petty Officers Course held at the Double Tree Hotel. The weeklong course consists of more than 10 subjects to include, but limited to, market analyzation using All-Service Accession Data (ASAD), building a targeted prospecting plan, and Web R-Tools maintenance. The course provides refresher training for LPOs of NRD’s and Navy Talent Acquisition Groups (NTAG). Whiten is a 2000 graduate of Elizabeth High School. De Leon, a 1997 graduate of Harlingen High School is the LPO of Navy Recruiting Station (NRS) McAllen. Anderson is a 1996 graduate of William Raines High School and the LPO of NRS Killeen.
