190206-N-TX939-1013 DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (Feb. 6, 2019) Builder 3rd Class Victor Mendoza, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Diego Garcia, assists a Seabee assigned to Public Works Department Diego Garcia, in the leveling of a concrete pad for a storage area for the Pacific Air Forces War Reserve Materiel program. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
