U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Robin Rand, 12th Air Force commander, observes two members of the 6th Reconnaissance Squadron demonstrate how students of the Remotely Piloted Aircraft Field Training Unit use simulators to prepare them for actual flight Jan. 18, 2012. Rand, whose primary aircraft is the F-16 Fighting Falcon, was introduced to flight operations of the MQ-1 Predator, and was able to see the difference between flying fighter jets and RPAs.
