U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Robin Rand, 12th Air Force commander, operates a sensor for a MQ-1 Predator during flight Jan. 18, 2012. Rand, whose primary aircraft is the F-16 Fighting Falcon, was introduced to flight operations of the MQ-1 Predator, and was able to see the difference between flying fighter jets and RPAs.
