CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. (Feb. 11, 2019) – Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Jacksonville’s Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF) Mike personnel assess and treat a mock patient during a training evolution at Naval Expeditionary Medical Training Institute in Camp Pendleton, California on Feb. 11. Critical core staff participated in this expeditionary medical training, which is a vital element in the pre-deployment training continuum. NMRTC Jacksonville’s EMF Mike earned Tier 1 readiness capability certification, with the ability to provide combat operations medical support to U.S. Fleet Forces.
