Wisconsin state troopers shoot at pop-up targets on Fort McCoy’s Range 6 on June 24, 2015, while participating in M16 rifle training. The training was the first of 18 sessions planned at the installation in 2015 by the Wisconsin State Patrol Academy, a Fort McCoy tenant organization. Troopers are getting familiarized and qualifying with the M16, which is a new weapon being phased in by the state patrol. (U.S. Army Photo by Scott T.
