SAN ANTONIO – (Feb. 13, 2019) Engineman 1st Class Yong Yo, 26, of Tucson, Ariz., a Naval Special Operations/Naval Special Warfare (NSO/NSW) scout assigned to Navy Recruiting Station (NRS) North Austin, Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio speaks with Aviation Rescue Swimmer 2nd Class Dectorio Huerta, a newly assigned scout on current tactics, techniques, and procedures of recruiting at NRD San Antonio headquarters. Yo, a 2010 graduate of Saguaro High School, joined America’s Navy in 2011.
