190228-N-NH199-1189 SAN DIEGO (Feb. 28, 2019) Sailors assigned to Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD), spray down a mock patient as the patient moves through the decontamination (DECON) tent during a quarterly chemical DECON drill, at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Branch Health Clinic.
