SEGUIN, Texas (March 1, 2019) Navy Counselor 1st Class Harold Dayse (center) of Beaumont, Texas, the leading petty officer assigned to Navy Recruiting Station (NRS) New Braunfels, joined by Navy Counselor 1st Class Jose Zouain (left) of Lake Mary, Fla., assigned to NRS San Marcos, speaks with a veteran during the U.S. Navy Band concert held in the Jackson Auditorium on the campus of Texas Lutheran University. After graduating from Ozen High School in 2002, Dayse joined America’s Navy becoming a recruiter in 2013. The U.S. Navy Band performed in 10 states during its 23-city, 5,000-mile tour, connecting communities across the nation to their Navy. The tour serves audiences with entertaining performances but also allows America’s Navy direct access to both former and future members of the Navy.
