U.S. Marines assigned to 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, raise 50 national flags during the open house and dedication of the Avenue of Flags at Miramar National Cemetery, San Diego, Jan. 28, 2012. The Marines participated in the event after volunteering almost 1,000 hours of community service to the foundation by installing the flagpoles at the cemetery.
