A Soldier assigned to 1st Battalion, 14th Field Artillery Regiment, 75th Field Artillery Brigade, Fort Sill, OK, ground guides a M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) into a U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules in preparation for a cold load HIMARS rehearsal at Henry Post Army Airfield on March 5, 2019 in preparation for “Operation Phantom Flight” scheduled for April 2019. “Operation Phantom Flight” is a HIMARS Rapid Infiltration (HIRAIN) exercise that will test the unit’s ability to successfully load and secure the HIMARS and link with the aircraft’s Joint Precision Airdrop System (JPADS) while in flight.
