Motor vessel Maersk Dellys pumps fuel out of the vessel's damaged fuel tank after a spill occurred in the Garden City Terminal, Tuesday Jan. 31, 2012. The Coast Guard Marine Safety Unit Savannah is responding to the fuel spill and coordinating response efforts.
