U.S. Army Soldiers with Legion Company, 1st Battalion (Airborne), 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade prepare to fire their M240-series medium machine guns during joint training with Israeli Defense Forces paratroopers Mar. 12 in Israel. The training involved rifle marksmanship, hand-to-hand combat techniques, and other physical competitions designed to hone infantry skills. Legion company is currently deployed to Israel in support of a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense system deployment.
