YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 13, 2018) Attendees react to a presentation during a Women’s History Month symposium in Yokosuka. The attendees were taking part in Women Trailblazing at Sea -- a symposium featuring female leader presentations, discussion groups and mentoring opportunities – that took place at U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka’s Chapel of Hope. The symposium, organized by USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76)’s Nancy’s Real Talk No Rank Women’s Group and Diversity Committee, attracted approximately 200 Sailors. Fleet Activities Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
